We provide a 2-year warranty for all our jewelry. Please contact our support to find out how you can use this service.



Warranty does not cover chains and its elements, screw locks as well as mechanical damages of gemstones. 



Please, treat your jewelry with care.

Cuff and bangle bracelets as well as hoop earrings should be carried in a stiff case.
We recommend that you avoid exposing diamond, gemstone, and pearl jewelry to water and household chemicals, and enamel jewelry to blow dryers, sauna, or perfume.
Screw backs should be treated with special care. Do not force the screw – it can cause damage to your earring.
Store jewelry separately in special pouches and boxes.

We recommend that you avoid exposing sterling silver to the gym and beach activities.
Our sterling silver is covered with rhodium, a metal of the platinum group. Rhodium prevents sterling silver from tarnishing.



We suggest that you promptly check the product for completeness, visible defects, and transport damage as soon as it is delivered. Disclose your complaints to us and the shipping company via email. Our managers will be eager to help you with faulty goods, to repair them or deliver replacements.

You also have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your jewelry. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a fault of ours or a claim. Please contact our support team before returning faulty or wrong pieces.

As a rule, products should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for trying them on. If there is evidence that suggests that the jewelry has been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, you will lose your right to return the products. If the jewelry arrives broken, the right of return waives.
If the return is a result of our error we will bear the direct costs of returning the products.

To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the PayPal account that was used to place the order. We are not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU.

If your jewelry breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 2 years from the date you purchased your products. This will, however, only apply for cases with valid proof of the date of purchase. And we reserve the right to decline unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. If you have questions concerning repairs, please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to help you.

If you ordered wrong size jewelry or you are not content with color, we can exchange those goods for equal or more expensive items with a surcharge under the following conditions: 

  • No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase
  • The jewelry tag has been saved and the seal has not been cut.
  • There are no signs that the jewelry has been worn.
E-gift Cards

The term of e-gift cards validity is 1 year. E-gift cards cannot be exchanged and returned, reverse exchange for cash equivalent is also impossible.

You can use the gift card on the website and in all retail stores. The e-gift card is only suitable for one-time use and may not be used partially. 


The photos presented on the website serve only for the purpose of preliminary acquaintance with the products for their possible subsequent purchase. They are for reference only and cannot be taken as a guarantee of the availability of goods and/or of the properties and features described.

The total weight of the product, its size, and shape, the color of the inserts may differ slightly from those indicated on the website. This is due to the manual low-volume production process.
