SMM lead vacancy

We are looking for an important person to join the Avgvst team — an SMM Lead responsible for our Instagram. We approach our social networks with love and artistic expression, not as just another "numbers" channel — there is plenty of creative freedom. You will be part of the Creative Department, meaning you will not only be responsible for Avgvst's voice in social media, but also take part in developing special projects, collaborations, and new products.

We are a small team spread out accross different cities and countries, so remote work is our norm.

What you will do:

— Develop a communication plan for Avgvst's social media;

— Write briefs for stories and longer texts for email newsletters (in collaboration with our editor);

— Coordinate all participants in the content creation proccess (photo, video) and assign tasks to designers;

— Publish content according to the plan;

— Suggest new content formats and regularly update/improve existing ones;

— Analyze platform statistics, draw conclusions, and present them during regular reporting sessions;

— Participate in Avgvst's special projects as part of the creative department. This means brainstorming, ideating, and diving into the internal workings of Avgvst.

What we value in a candidate:

— Initiative and independence – you do not need constant supervision, can identify new opportunities, and take responsibility for results;

— Organizational skills — you know how to create a content plan a week in advance, gather materials from all participants, and publish everything on time;

— Understanding Avgvst's tone of voice;

— (Self-)irony, a light writing style, and the ability to "wink" at readers;

— Ethical and aesthetic radar, sensitivity to the social context and environment.
