Warranty does not cover chains and its elements, screw locks as well as mechanical damages of gemstones.
Please, treat your jewelry with care.
Cuff and bangle bracelets as well as hoop earrings should be carried in a stiff case.
We recommend that you avoid exposing diamond, gemstone, and pearl jewelry to water and household chemicals, and enamel jewelry to blow dryers, sauna, or perfume.
Screw backs should be treated with special care. Do not force the screw – it can cause damage to your earring.
Store jewelry separately in special pouches and boxes.
We recommend that you avoid exposing sterling silver to the gym and beach activities.
Our sterling silver is covered with rhodium, a metal of the platinum group. Rhodium prevents sterling silver from tarnishing.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return your purchase to our store in Berlin at 27 Alte Schönhauser Straße Or, you can send your return by courier. For this please contact our support team at email@example.com
We recommend that you check your purchase for contents, visible defects and transport damage as soon as it is delivered. If you have any complaints, please inform us via email. Our managers will assist you with faulty goods: we will either repair them or provide replacements.
You can return purchases from avgvstjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not compensate for the shipping cost in cases where the return is not due to a quality complaint or our fault.
You cannot return products with engraving or made to order.
If your jewelry breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that you have valid proof of purchase. Please note that we reserve the right to decline unreasonable repair requests, returns, and exchanges. If you have any questions regarding repairs, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

How to return products by courier
- Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The manager will issue a label for your return.
- Please make sure that the products have no signs of wear. If they do, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
- The jewelry tag should be saved
- Pack the products in the original packaging and transport box, and hand them over to the courier. Ensure that the packaging is adequate. If the products arrive broken, you will lose the right to return them.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the products.
To prevent fraud, we can only issue refunds to the PayPal account or bank card (via Stripe) that was used to place the order. We are unable to refund customs and VAT for orders shipped to destinations outside of the EU. However, all sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU.
